Here are answers to questions we are asked most often.

I am moving, and would like to continue to receive mail at my new address.  How do I update my address?  

We would be happy to help you with that change of address, please call us toll-free at 646-227-2027 or email with your full name, old address, new address, and the effective date of the move.  

I would like to update my contact information in the online Alumni Directory. How do I update my information?

You begin by clicking “login” in the upper right hand of your screen. Enter your Username and Password, and click Log in. You’ll be directed to your profile page, where you can choose to “Edit”. Here you’ll be able to update your password, email address, address, employment info, education, and profile image.

I do not know my “Login” password. How can I update my password?

You begin by clicking “login”  in the upper right hand of your screen. When asked for your Username and Password, choose “Request new password.” Enter your username or email address, and select “E-mail new password.” You will receive an email message from with a onetime link to login and reset your password.

I would like to submit a “Noteworthy News” story, to be featured on the Alumni website. How would I submit my story?

On the front page of the Alumni website,, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find a webform that can be filled-out with your contact information and the “Noteworthy News” story you would like to submit. We will be in contact with you if we have any questions.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes, online donations will receive an emailed acknowledgment right after the gift is processed.  Mailed donations will receive an acknowledgment in the mail within 15 days once the gift is processed.

I cannot find the tax acknowledgement letter you sent me.  How do I receive a replacement?

We would be happy to send you a duplicate copy, please call us toll-free at 646-227-2027 or email us at Be sure to include your full name and complete mailing address, as well as the date and amount of your donation, in your email so that we can properly locate you in our database.

What is the MSK Tax ID#?


How will my donation appear on my credit card statement?

Your transaction will appear as "MSK 855-718-4054" on your credit card statement.

Does use cookies?

When using the Site, we and any of our third party service providers may use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track your user activity on the Site and identify the organization or entity from which you are using the Site. If you register with the Site, we, and our third party service providers, will be able to associate all of your user activity with your personally identifiable registration information. We will use such user activity information to improve the Site, to provide context for our sales and support staff when interacting with you and customers, to initiate automated email marketing campaigns triggered by your activity on the Site, and for other internal business analysis.
